Rainbows and Dreams
TL Suchman wrote these poems inspired by his young children, particularly a three-year-old, and that personal motivation is the most clearly documented thing about this 2019 collection. Poetry written for and about early childhood can be genuinely rich for family read-alouds β the form suits the subject. The honest assessment here is that the book has an extremely limited digital footprint, no formal critical reviews, and minimal distribution beyond Barnes and Noble listings. There simply isn't enough documented content to evaluate the writing itself with confidence. Families drawn to the idea of poetry written by a parent for his own children may find something worth discovering; just know you're going in with very little outside guidance, and the quality of the verse itself is an open question.
