That's the setup for book 92 in the Choose Your Own Adventure series, and Jay Leibold delivers exactly what the series promises: 21 distinct endings across 128 pages, with each reading experience genuinely different depending on the choices you make. The interactive format is the real strength here — it turns reluctant readers into active participants. The honest caveat is that CYOA's format doesn't allow for deep characterization, and the ninja culture is filtered through an adventure lens rather than anything historically careful. For ages 8–12 who want replayable excitement, this is solid series fare. Worth It.
