Frank Schaffer's classroom supplements were workhorses in 1990s American elementary schools, and the inquiry-based structure here was genuinely aligned with good science teaching practice. Nearly thirty years later, though, the technology references are artifacts, modern inquiry curricula are far more sophisticated, and the book is essentially unavailable. A teacher resource that no working teacher can find is not really a resource anymore.
