Share! is a genuinely funny picture book that earns its laughs by centering the older sibling's very legitimate frustration before arriving at a warm, earned resolution. The rhyming text flows naturally and Birkett's cartoonish illustrations sell the comedy effectively. It's thin on plot — essentially a sequence of sharing incidents — but for the 2–5 crowd navigating a baby sibling, that relatable rhythm is exactly what makes it work.
