Sweet Dreams for Sally

Grumpy Bear and Bedtime Bear helping a child through her fear of the dark is a warm, age-appropriate premise, and for children who grew up with the Care Bears this has real nostalgic comfort value. But this is fundamentally a 1983 licensed toy tie-in with thin narrative ambition, and it is not in active retail distribution — collectors and nostalgic parents will track it down, but it is not a picture book you would choose for its literary merit. A sweet artifact, not a recommendation.
