The Avengers
PI Kids knows exactly what this book is: a licensed sound board novelty that puts Earth's Mightiest Heroes in the hands of preschoolers whose older siblings dragged them through Avengers movies. Seven sound buttons trigger character voices and effects, the teamwork-beats-Thanos message is simple and positive, and the whole thing is designed for shared read-aloud fun with a Marvel-fan grown-up nearby. As a gift for a three-to-six-year-old in a Marvel household, it does exactly what it promises. The honest caveat is that it isn't a literary experience β narrative depth is minimal and sound books tend to lose their novelty once the buttons have been pressed a few hundred times. Thanos as a concept is present but handled at a picture-book level. A solid novelty gift; not a building block of a reading life.
