A cheerful, safe bedtime picture book with a fun ocean premise and bouncy rhymes that young children will enjoy at read-aloud time. The bonus colouring page is a nice touch, but the story is thin beyond its central romantic question and there is very little independent critical coverage to verify how well it actually holds up. A fine local library pick, but not a must-buy for most families.
