Children's β¦ Penny’s Take
Two-Fisted Science
Jim Ottaviani Β· 2001
88/100
π Worth It
Ottaviani figured out something that most science educators never do: put the arguments, the egos, the wartime dread, and the moral reckoning on the page and trust the reader to feel what's at stake. The Bohr-Heisenberg scene alone is worth the price. Xeric Award, Eisner nomination, praise from Physics World and NPR β this one earned every bit of its reputation as a landmark in science graphic nonfiction.
