Charlie C. Cooper's voice is genuinely funny and the book handles cyberbullying with real consequence rather than just hand-waving it away — that's worth something. But reviewers are right that this sequel runs thinner on emotional depth than its predecessor, and the body-shaming subplot directed at Charlie herself may need a supporting adult conversation. A perfectly fine library read for fans of the first book, but not essential on its own.
